After a payment has been made, please fax (0800 227 467) or email (callcentre@leopardrockonline.com) the deposit slip to us so that our staff can credit your casino account. Please be aware that the deposit will first be verified before your casino account will be credited.
NOTE: Please ensure that you supply your casino account details when faxing or emailing the deposit slip through to us. It is preferable to have your account name present as the reference on your deposit slip.

When this option is preferred, write down the corresponding bank account details, as supplied above and proceed in standard format using your bank. This is not a preferred option, but we do offer the option and for player safety, we have attached a R20 000.00 to this method in any month.

CASH-IN OPTIONS
The method in which your winnings are processed is dependant on the medium you prefer to use in order to fund your Gaming Account at Leopard Rock Online.

Credit Cards
If you utilize your credit card for purchasing gaming credits, all future cash ins will be credited back to your credit card.
If you choose to use multiple credit cards and would like your cash in to be credited to a specific credit card please email: callcentre@leopardrockonline.com with your unique request. You can alternatively fax through a “cash in instruction” to: 0800 227467, which will be carried out accordingly.
Should no specific request be received, the cash in will be allocated to the credit card most recently used to purchase”gaming credit” or as per casino discretion.
Once your cash in has been processed, you will be advised via email as to the allocation accordingly. The billing description on your credit card will read “Leopard”. Your cash in will take 3 – 4 working days to reflect on your credit card statement.

Bank Deposits / Internet Transfers
If you fund your Gaming Account by means of a direct bank deposit/internet transfer, your cash in will be credited to your Banking Account via Internet Transfer.
We will require your Banking Account details and will contact you either telephonically or via email, requesting these details, however these details must be faxed or emailed to us. It will take 3 - 4 days for the credits to reflect on your Bank statement. Once your cash in has been processed you will be advised via email as per the allocation thereafter.
